A well-established company located in Midrand is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Education: Matric
Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience
Software Packages: Knowledge of K8 and Rapid Trade will be advantageous
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
- Maintain and build excellent customer relationships.
- Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Provide feedback to customers if required.
- Promoting sales and products to customers.
- Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date on all available products.
- Provide technical product information to customers.
- Manage the sale from beginning to end.
