Internal Sales Representative

Boxes For Africa is looking to fill the position of an Internal Sales Representative. The incumbent will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be based in Parow. The Internal Sales role is to process sales orders and communicate all the important information to both external customers and internal departments. With high levels of attention to detail, the Internal Sales person's key function is to ensure the administration of the customer’s order is processed correctly through the company’s processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Creates Sales and Purchase Orders in the ERP/MIS system.
2. Provides constant communication with customers and sales reps to ensure accurate information is supplied to the various departments and in turn meet the customers’ expectations.
3. Creates and checks works orders for production.
4. Liaises with the Estimating to check the costs and prices are correct on the P_Codes. <...
