Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company’s products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain &strengthen the relationship
  • Find sales leads & business opportunities by coordinating with delivery (technical) teams
  • Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs
  • Resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience on perspective of sales cycle
  • Track and report monthly sales/ revenue figures through regular meetings with management and department team leaders
  • Assist in market research and proposals for potential business opportunities, when needed
