Job Description

International Benefits Specialist – Madrid

We are looking for an International Benefits Specialist to support our team in Madrid.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits inquiries, renewals, and day‑to‑day administration across LATAM markets (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile). Own the regional renewal calendar end‑to‑end.
  • Manage relationships with regional brokers, insurers, and benefits providers; support renewal negotiations alongside the Total Rewards Manager and monitor SLA delivery.
  • Maintain working knowledge of mandatory benefits and labor legislation across LATAM markets (e.g., IMSS, INSS, Aportes, AFP) and partner with local HR and Legal to ensure full compliance.
  • Manage benefits data, plan configuration, and business processes within Workday; maintain data integrity, lead audits, and produce reporting for stakeholders.
