As an International Business Developer within JobTeaser's Sales department, you will be responsible for actively prospecting (90% outbound) and engaging new clients across Europe!
To succeed in this role, you will put your commercial and negotiation skills to work to:
- Proactively prospect and engage new clients through outbound activities (cold calling, emailing, social selling), with a personalised approach, targeting enterprise accounts including top European companies, Big4 firms, consulting groups and international organisations.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers for JobTeaser: CHROs, Campus Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers and Employer Brand leads.
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, including solution presentations, negotiation and proposal writing.
