Key Responsibilities
- Programme Design: Create and execute a comprehensive student development plan including lesson materials, body conditioning techniques, and choreography.
- Performance Preparation: Train and support students for school performances, national-level presentations (SYF Arts Presentation), and external competitions.
- Holistic Development: Inculcate 21st Century Competencies such as adaptive thinking, collaboration, and cross-cultural literacy.
- Safety & Conduct: Maintain professional boundaries, prioritize student safety (physical and emotional), and adhere strictly to the MOE Expectations of Instructors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Teachers-in-Charge to refine the programme to meet the school's specific needs.
- Mandatory Registration: Must be a registered MOE CCA Dance Instructor as of the closing date.
