International Education Consultants (ASEAN Programme) Location: UK-based (with international travel across Southeast Asia) Contract Type: Consultancy (project-based, subject to contract award) About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced International Education Consultants to take on Country Lead roles within a high-profile, multi-country programme funded by the UK Government (FCDO), supporting Ministries of Education across Southeast Asia. This is a prospective opportunity, with recruitment taking place during the tender phase. All roles are subject to contract award. The programme will support governments in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Timor-Leste and the Philippines to implement and scale foundational learning reform (literacy and numeracy) through government systems.
