- A degree from an ABA‑accredited law school, or the equivalent in your jurisdiction, and meet all professional and legal requirements necessary to practice in-house law in your jurisdiction
- 5+ years of legal experience advising corporate clients on international financial products and services. Must have experience with financial services regulations in one or more of the following locations: UK, Ireland, Canada, and/or Australia
- Experience leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements and consumer terms of service within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations and best practices across multiple international territories, including applicable jurisdictional laws related to banking products, consumer protection, extensions of credit, flows of funds (including money transmission), and card association and payment network rules
