International HR Trainee - Retail & Payroll

SMCP is seeking an HR Retail Trainee in Madrid to assist the HR Manager Europe. You will support HR functions across 40 stores in 10 countries, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced international setting.

Your role includes daily HR administration, recruitment support, and participation in various HR projects. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, pursuing studies in HR or Business Administration, and possess strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills.
