- Ensure prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers.
- Drive and achieve sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of international accounts, including luxury travel advisors, tour operators, consortia partners and strategic clients.
- Establish parameters, quote and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts.
