Job Description
- Global goods movement : Move LTD goods worldwide on time, in full, compliantly, and at the lowest delivered cost.
- Factory & freight contacts : Maintain up-to-date records across all origins and destinations.
- PO & shipment tracking : Issue, track, and follow up every LTD purchase order; proactively manage delays and exceptions.
- Production meetings : Run weekly meetings with factories to review new POs, confirm ex-factory dates, and escalate QC concerns.
- Supplier performance : Maintain scorecards for offshore manufacturers; conduct quarterly reviews and manage escalation/remediation.
- Shipping timeframes & cost : Manage lead times, freight cost, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
- Documentation : Maintain complete customs documentation for every region.
