Job Description

A key member of the . Morgan Private Bank team of specialists, the Vice President Lending Advisor will help to grow the Funds Finance and Sponsors lending business across EMEA. You will be delivering lending solutions for both the private equity firms (funds finance) and the founders / senior team that manage those firms. Acting as a liaison between the senior Advisors and support functions, you will lead on the execution of various processes, including credit analysis and modelling, risk management, credit reviews, covenant monitoring, liaising with external counsel and drafting execution documents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients and assisting on the structure and negotiation of funds finance lending to private equity firms 
  • Partner with team members to understand the needs and deliver sophisticated lending solutions to founders / senior team at private equity firms
