Execute and coordinate the international recruitment process, including candidate pre‑screening, interviews, and candidate assessments. Ensure a smooth transition between final candidate selection and the launch of the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) process, while maintaining a structured and consistent candidate experience. Prepare, manage, and organize all documentation required for immigration files, including LMIA, CAQ, and work permits. Coordinate immigration files with specialized immigration lawyers, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance of all information submitted. Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, file follow‑up, and adherence to timelines throughout the entire process.
