International Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Barcelona

Spacewell is growing and we’re looking for an International Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in showing them the value of our energy and facility SaaS solutions.

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and run targeted outbound campaigns in your region.
  • Engage prospects through 25–50 daily calls and 50–100 targeted emails, leveraging sequences and AI tools in a strategic and efficient manner.
  • Secure meetings with C-level and key decision makers and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM (Salesforce) and use data to improve your results.
