Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and assist with country by county (CbC) reporting and notices
- Prepare and assist with Pillar II.
- Work with co-source accounting partners to ensure international tax compliance with foreign affiliates.
- Prepare and assist or review with any foreign provisions and compliance including converting cash to accrual, if needed
- Assist/prepare local and master files needed for entire group including transfer pricing.
- Assist with international mergers and acquisitions
- Maintain and update compliance calendar relating to international work
- File and maintain tax and business licenses, where applicable
- Prepare/review tax-related journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist and prepare/review with any other international reporting/filings as needed.
