Internship, Account Receivable (6 months)
Apply now for the position of Internship, Account Receivable (6 months). This will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Your role
- Allocation of all types of Payments / Customer invoices to general ledgers.
- Prepare clearing vouchers to record receipts from Customer.
- Coordination with GBS Team for timely clearing of invoices vs payments.
- Prepare monthly reports for unclear / unallocated cash with proper aging.
- Coordinate with Commercial team to resolve discrepancies in invoices.
- Sending balance confirmation / Statement of Accounts to Customers / BPs.
- Reconciliation over the statement of accounts to ensure that all customers are timely receiving the balance confirmations.
Your expertise
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent, double major is a plus.
