We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Intern to support our freight forwarding and business development team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to international logistics, customer coordination, shipment operations, and sales support across sea freight, air freight, trucking, and customs clearance services.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in logistics, supply chain, sales, or international business.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics Support
- Assist in coordinating import and export shipments.
- Support documentation preparation such as invoices, packing lists, permits, and shipping instructions.
- Follow up with carriers, agents, transporters, and customers on shipment status.
- Assist in tracking cargo movement and updating customers.
- Learn and support customs clearance procedures.
