Job Description

Overview

As a Group Wholesale Credit Policy Intern at OCBC, you will support policy governance, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement within Group Risk Management, helping uphold sound risk practices across the bank.

Responsibilities
  • Group Policy Management: support policy inventory management on SharePoint for the Group and subsidiaries, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: assist with policy-related data analysis, reporting, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Training & Governance Support: maintain training quizzes, coordinate updates to procedures, and manage training records.
  • Process Improvement & Projects: contribute to new initiatives and enhancements in policy management and governance processes.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other tasks and projects as assigned.
