- Responsible in assisting the Growth manager brainstorm new ideas and constantly improving Poladrone’s growth initiatives cutting across all key verticals.
- Assist Growth manager to do research on potential opportunities for demand growth, and effectively communicate new concepts.
- Work closely with Growth Manager internally and externally to effectively execute growth initiatives and projects
Good to have:
- Experience in growth, analytical and project management.
- Willingness to travel (including plantations and estates!)
- Go-getter mindset to constantly challenge the norm.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
