Join our collaborative OSS team and support daily IT operations close to the business. You ensure employees have reliable devices and a smooth digital workplace experience. In this hands‑on role, you learn how to troubleshoot technical issues and prepare essential IT equipment. You work closely with end users and gain valuable insights into how IT drives productivity. Throughout the 12‑month internship, experienced colleagues support your growth and development.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues, prepare laptops and other devices so they are ready for use by new or existing employees
- Support end users in navigating self‑service tools and standard IT procedures
- Assist with stock handling, asset pickup/return, and device preparation for onboarding/offboarding
