- Review incidents, service requests, change requests and time sheets reported by vendors
- Promote the use of AI to support AMS activities
- Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s
- Purchase orders and incoming invoices management
- Budget control
- Contracts management
- Documentation update
- Data extraction from different SAP systems and ticketing tools
- Reports and dashboards development
- Escalation management
- Major incident management
Qualifications
- University degree on Information Technology or Business Administration and Management
