What's the role?
We are FIQ (Subscription & Development Platform IT), the team that bridges Hilti's business needs with cutting-edge cloud technology. As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, helping translate complex subscription business requirements into technical solutions for our cloud platform. You'll collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders across Global IT and various business units to shape how Hilti's digital services evolve.
This role offers a unique opportunity to understand enterprise IT from both sides—the business challenges driving digital transformation and the technical architecture enabling it.
