Reports Direct To: Project Manager, Business System Analyst
Responsibilities
- UAT Test execution
- Defect logging & retest until defect closure
- Data analysis
- Follow up with solution vendor on defect fixing
- Regression Testing
Job Purpose
Primarily focus on test execution throughout the implementation of RLOS AI and assist in day-to-day BAU Support.
- Business System Implementation: Assist in the planning, testing and implementation of business systems.
- Research and Design Customer Journeys: Conduct research to understand customer needs and design effective customer journeys, user interfaces, and experiences.
