Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be able to perform customs clearance scope of tariff classification and draft of Customs forms
- To be able to send notification of arrival and follow-up on responses
- To assist on printing tasks for Customs paperwork Scope
- Assigning HS codes for shipments
- Support validation of classification with reference to: Customs tariff from JKDM; Reference to Commercial Invoice; DHL Internal database record validation on exemptions and Customer Master File
- Send notification arrival notice to all required customers
- Consistent follow-up in meeting the SLA
- Printing & Attach the customs documents for customs assessments
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree student related to Transportation & Logistics or Customs & Trade Compliance.
