Job Description
We look forward to having the support of qualified and enthusiastic students specialized in related professional fields (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, and/or international relations).
Interns may be deployed in any area of MTHR including HR Management (Business Partnering, Recruitment and outreach, Staff Relations), HR Services (Help Desk, Benefits and Entitlements) or HR Development (Learning, Policy, Gender and Diversity, Analytics), as well as rotated between the areas based on programmatic needs.
Functions / Key Results Expected
Conduct background research on HR matters involving academic research papers, private and public sector best practices, other international organizations' policies and guidelines as needed.
Support the development of promotional and outreach materials.
Coordinate activities and events that strengthen awareness and knowledge on the various HR areas.
