Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and documentation support for all supply chain operations.
- Prepare, verify, and follow up on documents related to purchasing, delivery, and inventory.
- Record and maintain accurate data in the system (such as Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices, and other related information).
- Monitor shipment status and report any issues or delays to the relevant parties.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
- Support other tasks within the Supply Chain team as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
