Job Description
- Assist in developing and maintaining the activity schedule
- Support the setup and cleanup of activity areas and materials
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Provide one-on-one support for residents with special needs
- Guide residents to and from activities and outings
- Monitor residents during activities for safety and comfort
- Collect and document attendance and feedback
- Help with planning special events, celebrations, and holiday programs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity supplies and spaces
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Sport Science, Sport and Recreation, Sport Management or relevant.
- Good communication skills and outspoken.
