We are currently looking for a go-getter to join our People & Culture team! Your role is to be the engine of our intern talent pipeline and the on-the-ground ambassador of our employer brand. You will manage two key workstreams, balancing recruitment operations with relationship-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Own the Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full cycle of intern/executive hiring process, including job posting, CV screening, talent management, interviewing, and scheduling.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Act as a talent scout by actively headhunting candidates across various platforms to help the team build and maintain a robust talent pipeline....
