Job Description
Interventional Radiologic Technologist
Provides technical assistance in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing sterile and aseptic technique. Acquires all imaging and post processing. Provides emergency services on call.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Certification, and/or Licensure:
- Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program.
- Must possess current Radiography license as required by state board where services will be provided:
- MD: Radiographer license through the Maryland Board of Physicians
- OH: Radiographer license through the Ohio Board of Radiology
- PA: No state license is required
- WV: Radiography License through the West Virginia Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board.
- Must be Nationally certified as defined by location where services will be provided:
