This individual will be responsible for validating configurations, customizations, integrations, and upgrades to ensure platform functionality aligns with business and technical requirements.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and UI components, and is comfortable working in Agile environments alongside developers, platform administrators, and business stakeholders.
