Job Description
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Inventory Accounting e.g., performing Inventory cycle counts, valuation, obsolescence, turns, customer/vendor rebates
- Prior Internal & External audit experience
- Well versed in IFRS and US GAAP
- Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision
- Advanced Excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables) experience
- Task prioritization under deadlines
- Amenable to work permanent night shift schedules (US hours)
- Will follow temporary WFH setup but must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once required to RTO
- Can start ASAP
