- Monitor daily stock levels and ensure continuous availability of fast-moving products
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming FMCG shipments
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Identify and report stock variances, damages, or expired goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Prepare stock replenishment reports and assist in demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
