- Track and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper organization of products in the warehouse or storage area.
- Order Processing & Stock Replenishment: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments, and process orders to replenish inventory as needed.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, prepare reports on stock levels, and notify management of any discrepancies or stock shortages.
- Ability to efficiently organize, track, and manage inventory, ensuring items are stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, documenting, and tracking stock levels to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and spreadsheets to track inventory, generate reports, and update stock records.
