Job Description
**Pay Rate: $17.55 hourly | 100% Onsite (Durant, OK) | Monday-Friday | 7:00AM-3:30PM**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Deliver product to all food and beverage outlets and to ensure correct quality product has been received. You will report to the Inventory Supervisor or Executive Chef.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will organize, clean, label and maintain kitchen storage areas to include shelves, floor, walls, coolers, and freezers.
2. Stock received orders to appropriate storage areas to include unpacking, counting, recording, and stocking.
3. Perform audits on incoming inventory to ensure items on invoice match items delivered.
4. Stock product using the First In, First Out model to ensure shorter dated product is used first and product received is dated and labeled according to Choctaw Nation food safety guidelines.
