Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records using manual logs and/or inventory management systems.
- Inspect and verify incoming egg deliveries for quantity and quality.
- Prepare and release stocks based on approved sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Report stock shortages, overages, and variances to management.
- Maintain organized filing of delivery receipts, inventory reports, and related documents.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
AND OTHER INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS DUTIES / FUNCTIONS RELEVANT TO THE OPERATION OF THE COMPANY.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years in a related role. Bachelor’s degree required. On-site work location: Makati.
