Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implements, encodes, records, controls, and monitors related activities for inbound and outbound transactions
- Ensures policies, procedures, and complete documentation of all stock movements are properly implemented
- Ensures no documents–no stock movements
- Ensures 100% compliance of FIFO or FEFO as per client requirement based on their system
- Ensures that all nonconforming products (damaged/expired) are reported, labeled, and segregated
- Coordinates and follows up disposition to the concerned function and prepares Exception Report to client for deviation
- Prepares and updates ABC classification of stocks as basis for Daily IRA
- Initiates daily cycle count and reconciles with client
- Analyzes and explains variances immediately and sends on-time report to Depot Manager regularly
