Job Summary You will manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinate stock information across departments, prepare shipment documents, and support stock-taking to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Receiving & Control Verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders. Check and record batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities. Ensure proper labelling and storage (FIFO / FEFO). Update inventory records in ERP / Excel system. GMP & Compliance: Support GMP-compliant material handling (quarantine, released, rejected).
