Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory of bakery ingredients flour, sugar, yeast, dairy, etc.
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory software and Excel.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO method to manage stock rotation and expiry control.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders based on production requirements.
- Track stock consumption and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Minimize wastage and control inventory costs.
- Experience in Inventory Control / Store Management (Bakery/Food Industry preferred).
- Knowledge of stock management systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
