Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory operations, including verifying and tallying incoming stock against relevant documentation
- Process inventory data and update records in the system
- Generate delivery orders (DO) and coordinate with appropriate payment modes
- Handle distribution of virtual goods (e.g. software licenses)
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow:
- Procurement: resolve stock discrepancies and ensure proper warranty alignment
- Finance: coordinate required documentation and payment-related matters
- Sales: supporte stock movement and usage tracking
- Arrange order fulfilment schedules for in-house drivers
