Job Description
Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet production and sales demands
Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving storing issuing and stock transfers
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes
Conduct regular cycle counts stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Minimize stock variances expiries losses and damages
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and support procurement planning
Coordinate with warehouse procurement sales and supply chain teams
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review
Lead and train inventory staff to ensure process adherence and accuracy
