Job Summary:
The Inventory Planning and Control Lead is responsible for ensuring timely and sufficient product availability through effective inventory planning and lifecycle management. The role develops planning strategies, standardizes processes across markets, and drives collaboration across supply chain and commercial teams. It aims to balance supply and demand, minimize waste, and support smooth product transitions
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Planning Leadership: Lead end-to-end inventory planning to ensure demand requirements are met by working closely with Plants, Tollers, and PPIC to secure timely and sufficient supply.
- Planning Strategy Development: Define and implement appropriate planning models (e.g., Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order) based on product and market needs.
