Customer Experience ManagementApplies knowledge of Globe products, services, and related processes and policies in order to effectively support Customer Experience Ambassadors, Sales and Service Specialists, and Cashiers in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues
Inventory Management
Safeguards and monitors the movement of store's total inventory to ensure availability of stocks for selling and maintaining zero variance
Customer Experience Management
Answers queries of customers (whether external or internal) about Globe products, promos, and/or processes
Updates the team on status of inventory items
Ensures sufficient inventory stock level to avoid stock out
Inventory Management
Physically counts manual accountable forms with signature
Counts available stocks, matches it with previous day's stock count sheet and report discrepancies, if any
