Job Responsibilities- Receiving & Verification of Goods
- Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers.
- Verify quantities and conditions against delivery orders and purchase orders.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor. - Data Entry & Documentation
- Accurately key in delivery orders and other relevant documents into the inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement and transactions.
- Organize and file both physical and digital documents systematically for easy retrieval. - Inventory Control
- Assist in monthly and ad-hoc stock taking.
- Help reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Flag and report discrepancies to the relevant department. - Reporting & Communication
