Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain records and statistical data for Delivery Orders (DO) and Outbound Orders.
- Enter Delivery Order data into the CSM Service One system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain equipment/unit certificate records and related documentation.
- Assist in conducting equipment and unit inventory stock takes (stock opname) to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualification:
- Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3) in a related field.
- At least 2 yaear of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics; experience in the heavy equipment industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
