About The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering fair, robust and high‑quality investigations that support a consistent and trusted employee relations service across the University.
In this role, you will lead on a portfolio of complex and sensitive investigations, including staff complaints and grievances, allegations of misconduct, bullying and harassment, discrimination, safeguarding concerns and other high‑risk matters requiring formal investigation. You will be responsible for producing clear, balanced and evidence‑based reports that support fair and timely decision‑making.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across People Partnering, Conduct & Resolution, Legal Services and recognised Trade Unions, ensuring investigations are thorough, compliant and aligned with best practice guidance from bodies such as CIPD, UUK and the OIA.
