Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Relationship Managers (RMs) understand the impacts of economic development and CIMB house-views, political changes and central bank’s policy developments on financial markets and communicate to the clients / investors efficiently.
- Propose investment product ideas and ensure RMs understand all the investment products being offered.
- Assist investment product team to introduce new investment products / campaigns to the sales distribution teams.
- Do joint-sales call discussing on clients’ investment portfolios and provide investment solutions.
- Coach RMs on adoption of Regional Wealth System (MyWealth) to enhance experience of clients / investors and improve efficiencies of RMs.
