Responsibilities
To support the execution of M&A transactions, divestments, strategic alliances, and capital raising activities. Perform in-depth financial, commercial, industry, and market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models, including valuation analyses such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis. Able to prepare transaction-related materials including teasers, confidential information memoranda management presentations, investor target lists, pitch books, and client proposals. Assist in the preparation of investment committee papers, internal memoranda, and strategic recommendations. Coordinate due diligence activities and manage data rooms in collaboration with clients, investors, legal counsel, accountants, and other external advisors.
