Job Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, supporting the evaluation, underwriting, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities, while contributing to key strategic initiatives across the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the financial performance of commercial and operational strategies.
- Develop underwriting financial models to assess the feasibility of projects and investment strategies.
- Validate development area models against the KPIs established by management.
- Develop operating portfolio models, including revenue projections and financial scenarios, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare 5-page investment summaries for the initial approval of investments.
- Prepare investment memorandums for the formal approval of investments.
