From Catenon, we are collaborating exclusively with a leading business group in the real estate sector to recruit an Investment Analyst reporting directly to the founding partners. Responsibilities: - Support market analysis to identify equity investment opportunities across various real estate asset classes, primarily tertiary assets and residential for development projects.- Assist in evaluating the financial feasibility of real estate investments, including cash flow analysis, expected returns, capitalization rates, and asset valuation.- Contribute to the development of financial models and projections to assess the potential performance of short-term and long-term real estate investments.- Participate and assist in due diligence processes for specific assets and projects.- Aid in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis results.- Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and other fac...
