- Conduct sales activities and meetings by participating in events with fund companies such as VCs (venture capital firms) and related organizations.
- Identify startups as potential financing targets and approach them.
- Support financing screening tasks (e.g., financial analysis, market analysis).
- Consult with the Japanese Manager in Thailand and the Japan/Singapore offices to confirm whether the financing should be executed.
- Monitor startups after financing is executed.
- Coordinate with accounting firms and law firms for M&A-related matters.
- There may be business trips to Singapore or Japan once a year.

Job Requirement
- Practical experience in finance (e.g., lending, investment, M&A, FAS) and the ability to analyze and make judgments using financial statements (BS/PL/CF).
